Robert Larson

Bob started racing triathlons in 1982 and has been performing in them every year since.  He has competed in Ironman California (2001) and Ironman Wisconsin (2002), along with numerous Half Ironman races (St. Croix 3 times), along with hundreds of Olympic and Sprint distances.  He enjoys all the distances along with Exterra’s and mountain bike races.  He entered the Leadville Mt Bike 100 in 2009 and found it so awesome, he did it agin in 2010.  He has been fortunate throughout his career to have the support of his wife Linda of 35 years.  She has never wavered in being there when most needed.  His daughter Elena performed in a kid’s triathlon when she was 8 and now competes in track cycling and road races as a Cat 3 in Portland, Ore.  He loves to view the country from races and train with his friends and teammates while balancing work, family and leisure.  His opportunity to be involved in Team Mongo opens a new area with giving back to the community and being involved with the Boys and Girls club along with some great teammates.
